A little bit about me:
I'm a licensed Massage Therapist and Aesthetician with a deep passion for helping others feel their best—mind, body, and spirit. I began my journey at The Skin Institute in 2014 and continued on to complete a 900-hour massage therapy program at Zion Massage College in 2017, where I focused heavily on Eastern bodywork and energy-based modalities.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my practice to include techniques such as Gua Sha, Cupping, Abdominal Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy. I offer both 60 and 90-minute sessions, tailored to your individual needs and goals. My love for holistic healing has taken me all the way to Thailand to study Thai Yoga Massage, and I’ve spent two years earning certifications in Crystal Healing. I’m also a certified Reiki Master and Dowser, combining intuitive energy work with grounded therapeutic techniques. I’m accredited by the World Metaphysical Association and the American Council of Holistic Healers - as well as a part of the American Massage Therapy Association.Whether you're seeking relaxation, relief, or realignment, my goal is always to create a safe, soothing space where you can truly reconnect with yourself.✨

Energy Work

I’m a Reiki Master, Dowser, Certified Crystal Healer, and an Advanced Crystal Master through the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy. My energy work is a heart-centered blend of these modalities, designed to support your energetic balance, clarity, and well-being.All energy sessions are 60 minutes and uniquely tailored, drawing on the full range of my training to provide a deeply personalized experience.I offer mobile sessions in the greater St. George, Utah area, and remote sessions to clients anywhere in the world - energy knows no bounds.I’m also accredited by the World Metaphysical Association and the American Council of Holistic Healers, and committed to holding safe, sacred space for each person I work with.Q: How do remote energy healing sessions work? Isn’t distance a barrier?A: Great question! Remote energy work might sound mysterious at first, but it’s actually based on principles that are surprisingly grounded in modern science—especially quantum physics. At the quantum level, everything in the universe is made of energy—including you. Your thoughts, emotions, and physical body all vibrate at different frequencies. Energy work taps into this subtle energy field to bring balance, even from a distance. In quantum physics, there’s a concept called nonlocality, which suggests that particles can be connected regardless of space and time. This means that two things can influence each other even if they're far apart. Remote energy healing works similarly: intention and energetic focus aren't limited by physical proximity.During a remote session, I tune into your unique energy signature, often with the help of intention, visualization, or guided techniques (like Reiki, Dowsing or Chakra Clearing). You don’t need to “do” anything during the session—just find a quiet space to relax and receive. Many people report feeling sensations like warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep calm, even though we’re not in the same room.Your body knows how to heal—it just sometimes needs a little support and space to realign. That’s what remote energy work offers: a nudge back into balance, harmony, and flow. After your session, I'll email you a "report card" with my findings and you'll have the option to email me back with any questions you may have.I am excited to work with you!

Health isn’t just about fixing symptoms; it’s about tending to the soil, balancing minerals, getting enough sunlight, water, movement, and aligning our energy. So, if you’re ready to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and take a functional approach to well-being, you’re in the right place.
